How do I place my order?
Placing an order is dead simple. Once you’ve chosen one of our beautiful products, you’ll be asked to select your size and choose the quantity you want then click on the big green “Add to Cart” button. To complete your order, you‘ll just need to pay for your items at Checkout.

How do I change my order after I’ve placed it?
As we want you to enjoy our products at the soonest time possible, we endeavour to ship the ordered items by the very next day of your placing order on us.

In case you have changed your mind, send us an email to as soon as you possibly can so that we can act quickly.

For faster results, either forward the order confirmation email you received or let us know your contact details and the relevant order number. Please be sure to let us know exactly what you need us to do. If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll sort out the changes you requested.

If your order has been processed, we will not be able to allow any changes.

Which payment methods can I use?
Choose from Credit and Debit Cards (MasterCard and Visa).
We currently accept payments in AED currency only. For a smoother experience, the currency displayed while browsing our website is based on your IP address, so if you are not visiting us from the United Arab Emirates, the displayed currency will be USD. However, we will notify you of your order’s equivalent amount in AED currency just before payment.

Since the Cash on delivery service is costly for us to provide, cash payment orders will be charged an additional fee per order no matter the number of items your order contain.

We currently offer COD service in the United Arab Emirates (additional fee of AED 20) and Lebanon (additional fee of USD 9.5) for a maximum cash amount of AED 1,100 (USD 300).

Do note that cash on delivery payments should be made in AED for the United Arab Emirates and in USD for Lebanon.

Do I have to pay Taxes and Duties?
We get how frustrating it can be to place an order from overseas and then discover that your local Customs Agency has slapped additional charges on your package.

We take all measures to make sure that you will receive your parcel free from tax and duties; we, however, cannot guarantee this at all time as regulations differ from a country to another.

If Taxes and duties are applicable, these are to be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Where is my order?
Once your parcel has been shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

I have received a faulty item, what should I do?
We’re naturally very proud of the fabric and quality that goes into making each and every swimwear.

Each and every item is checked carefully before being shipped to you. In the super-unlikely event of you finding fault with a product you’ve received, please contact our Customer Service Team at quoting your order number, your name and describing what is faulty in the received product. We’ll get right on it!

To help speed up the process, we ask you to take a photo of the swimwear to help us identify and confirm the manufacturing fault. We’ll exchange the item for free and reship immediately. We’ll also take care of all return shipping and re-delivery costs.

How do I care for my Felventura?
Make sure to follow the following simple steps to keep your swim shorts looking great:

Rinse immediately after use.
Ensure completely dry before storing
Wash at 30 degrees and not tumble drying
Wash and rinse separately
Take care not to use abrasive detergent or spot stain remover
