We strive hard to deliver orders within the following days from the date of receipt and completion of your order. To avoid any inconvenience of dropping of the return to courier company, we will also send a courier person to your pickup address for return pickup. Return shipping labels cost AED 20 for United Arab Emirates and is equivalent to the amount of shipping initially paid by the customer for the rest of the world. Shipping charges for resending to customer a returned product that is not accepted for not meeting the criteria listed in the above section will be covered by the client and not the Brand.
