We strive hard to deliver orders within the following days from the date of receipt and completion of your order. Delivery charges will be fetched automatically at checkout, estimate delivery time per location is as follow: UAE; within a maximum of 2 working days (please note that we deliver all across the Emirates except certain areas which are considered as out of service areas) GCC and rest of Middle East; within 5 to 10 working days. Shipping Charges Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are covered by the Client and not the Brand. To avoid any inconvenience of dropping of the return to courier company, we will also send a courier person to your pickup address for return pickup. Return shipping labels cost AED 20 for United Arab Emirates and is equivalent to the amount of shipping initially paid by the customer for the rest of the world. Shipping charges for resending to customer a returned product that is not accepted for not meeting the criteria listed in the above section will be covered by the client and not the Brand. Refunds Refunds for orders paid by credit cards will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
